The Three Swans Hotel is a prestigious and well known venue on the main High Street of this delightful little town.
The fairs are held in the large conference centre comprising the Cromwell Suite, the Fairfax Suite and the Lounge. There is a licensed bar providing refreshments, tea, coffee and cakes, all day.
There is easy access for unloading, and free car parking for exhibitors.
In addition to our own advertising, the Three Swans promote these fairs within their regular Diary of Events. They also offer special room rates for the nights either side of the fair, for exhibitors and visitors.

Sat 21st April - Spring Craft Fair
Sat 27th October - Christmas Craft Fair
The fairs are held in a beautiful period building on two levels - the ground floor Gallery and the upstairs Ballroom. There is a lift available.
Saturdays bustle with local shoppers and visitors to this popular town. Light refreshments will be served all day and there is free admission to the public.

SYSTON COMMUNITY CENTRE

Sat & Sun 13th & 14th October 2012
The community centre is in the heart of Syston's shopping area, which attracts visitors from surrounding affluent villages. The fair is held in all four rooms of the Community Centre - originally the old school which has been beautifully restored and extended. There is easy unloading, free parking for exhibitors and light refreshments will be served all day.
This fair is run as a non-profit making event in aid of LOROS, Leicestershire's local hospice. Exhibitors are not required to donate any of their profits. Admission to the public is £1.
